Client Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents provided are accurate and complete. CivicSeal is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments may be scheduled through our website or by direct communication. Cancellation policies, travel fees, and service charges may apply depending on the service selected.
Payments
Payment may be required before or at the time of service. All fees are disclosed at the time of booking or prior to service delivery.
No Legal Advice
CivicSeal is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Document preparation services are administrative in nature.
SMS Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from CivicSeal related to your service, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP or request assistance by replying HELP.
